Step 2: Submit a Proposal
Following our review of your letter of inquiry (LOI), you may receive an invitation to submit a complete proposal to us for consideration by the foundation's board of trustees. We review submissions twice a year, as noted in the Getting Started section.

GUIDELINES FOR A PROPOSAL
If you receive an invitation, please submit your full proposal through our online application system. You can log in to the system using the Submit a Proposal button below. Enter the username and password that you created at the LOI stage.
