Grant Restrictions

The Foundation does not provide funds for:

• local art projects outside the immediate North Shore community

• capital endowments, renovations or building funds

• conferences, workshops and travel grants

• private schools

• production of videos, movies or books

• religious activities

• routine operating cost of institutions

• scholarships, fellowships and internships

• scientific research (Cancer, AIDS., etc) eligible for funding by major agencies

• services concerning the elderly, the needy or the handicapped

• species specific projects
