New England Biolabs Foundation separates and recycles the large volume of applications received. To conserve resources, we would prefer that you send it by email as an attachment or using recycled paper and double-side copy your proposal. Please avoid using plastic covers, sheet protectors and glossy photos. Please do not bind your proposal in a permanent or semi-permanent manner. Staples or paperclips are preferred.

Please do not send additional backup materials, videos or cassettes unless requested as they will not be reviewed and cannot be returned. Photos of the project are always welcome, but please put your organization’s name, a short caption, and date taken on the back of each photo
